Artificial Intelligence for Humans FULL EBOOK 2022

What is AI?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the process of imitating human intelligence based on the creation and application of algorithms implemented in the dynamic computer environment. Its goal is to enable computers to think and act like humans.

To this end, three elements are required:

Computer Systems
Data with administrative systems
Advanced AI algorithms (code)
To get as close as possible to human behavior, artificial intelligence needs a great deal of data and processing capacity.

What are the origi ns of artificial intelligence?

Since at least the first century BC, humans have been working to create machines that can mimic human thinking. John McCarthy recently coined the term "artificial intelligence" in 1955. In 1956, John McCarthy and his collaborators organized a conference called the Dartmouth Summer Research Project on Artificial Intelligence, which led to machine learning, deep learning, predictive analysis and, most recently, indicative analysis. A new area of study has also emerged: data science.

Why AI matters?

Today, humans and machines generate data faster than is humanly possible to absorb and interpret to make complex decisions. Artificial intelligence is the foundation of all computer learning and represents the future of complex decision-making. For example, most humans can learn not to lose a simple game of tic-tac-toe, when there are 255,168 possible actions, 46,080 of which lead to a tie. In contrast, Dama heroes are rare, with more than 500 × 1018 (500 trillion) potential movements. Computers are able to calculate these fixtures and the best possible permutations with high efficiency, in order to make the right decision. Artificial intelligence (with its logical evolution and machine learning) and deep learning represent the future of decision-making.
